Return and Exchange Policy
All returns and exchanges
are the responsibility of
the customer. Patio
Furniture Supplies is not
responsible for items that
are lost or damaged during
the return. All returned and
exchanged products must have
a Return Authorization
Number (RA#) issued to you
by Patio Furniture Supplies.
All returns must be received
within 15 days of the
receipt of your products.
All shipping costs must be
paid by the customer.

Slings & Pre-cut Straps
All slings and pre-cut
straps are custom-made and
are not returnable, unless
an error was made by Patio
Furniture Supplies. Be
certain that your
measurements are correct. If
the slings or pre-cut straps
you receive are not
consistent with the
measurements you provided in
your order, or you received
the incorrect color or width
of fabric or strap, only
then will you be issued a
Return Authorization Number
for your products to be

Shipping Dates & Methods
All products will be shipped
5-7 days after receipt of
payment. Slings and pre-cut
straps are the only
exceptions. Slings and
pre-cut straps will ship
10-14 days after receipt of
payment. Patio Furniture
Supplies will use Fedex, UPS
or US Mail depending on the
items ordered and their
destination.
